You’ve probably seen the signs and cult following on social media. Maybe you have been intimidated to join, but celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson’s goal is to diffuse the intimidation factor to the powerhouse training gym F45, as he’s been name chief of athletics and designed an exclusive workout for the everyday man launching in April. I got a sneak preview at his home in Beverly Hills and I’m giving you the scoop!
Peterson designed an ascending weight, pyramid-style resistance workout called GP45 which is the ideal balance between strength and agility training for living your best “fit” life. Gunnar shared with me how this workout is structured around everyday movements like picking up your child, groceries, loading a water jug and helps you become stronger to prevent injuries.

Peterson has worked in the fitness industry for 28 years as a personal trainer to professional athletes and Hollywood celebrities, including seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady, former professional boxer Mike Tyson, Khloe Kardashian, actresses Rebel Wilson and Sofia Vergara and more.
