Start your weekends a bit sweeter with this easy vegan and natural sugar recipe to keep you fueled post-workout.
I don’t love super sweet foods in the morning, but after my intermittent fasting and workouts (hike, yoga, HIIT) I need a pick me up and a these cookies are perfect. They are low sugar, high protein and perfect to take on trips. Try my Breakfast Cookies that are vegan & gluten-free and super easy to make! I added dark chocolate chips to these, but blueberries or raisins would work perfectly as well.
Make them this weekend!
This recipe makes about 8-10 cookies
Ingredients
2 mashed bananas
1/2 cup Almond butter
1 cup gluten-free oats 1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (60 ml)
1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper
3. Bake at 350 in Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes
