FAQ
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. In case there are Covid-19 restrictions or restrictions related to any other pandemic that prevent guests from traveling the 75% will be refunded.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended when making travel plans to cover your flight, or book a “flexible airline ticket”. Travel Guard Insurance is one option Make sure to book your travel insurance immediately, as coverage is generally better that way!
What are my payment options?
We accept all credit cards. Once Melissa receives your deposit of $500, she will set up a payment plan. You'll have until April 1, 2023 to pay in full (or your space will be forfeited), but you can pay off your balance at any time and make installment payments on a regular basis.
What if I have to cancel for personal reasons?
Paid deposit guarantees your spot is saved on the Elevate You In Paris Retreat. Once you confirm your exclusive registration, you are taking one of a very limited number of spaces (6) and as such there are no cash refunds in the event that you must cancel.
However, should you need to cancel your space on this retreat, we will happily give you a transferable credit for our next retreat or for personal styling services.
I don't have a lot of money to shop. Should I even bother attending?
Yes! This trip is for everyone and all budgets. We will shop at a mix of stores from department, boutique, secondhand, vintage and consignment. The goal is not to shop, but to learn what works for your body. Shop with intention! If you have a luxury investment on your list, Paris is the place for you to purchase, because of the rate of the Euro. You will make up the difference of your place ticket when you complete your VAT! Most attendees spend $600-1500 on clothes. Bag investments are $2000+
Where should I search for affordable
plane tickets?
You can fly into either Charles de Gaulle (40 minutes away) or Orly (30 minutes away). I usually fly Air France to CDG, but there is a new airline that launched with discount service to Paris, French Bee.
As a reminder, airport transfers are not included and options include calling an Uber (yes, really!) or taking a taxi (flat 60 Euro). We can also provide you with reservation information to reserve a private car.
I see a flat rate. Will I have a roomate?
Your retreat investment includes a superior room with two twin beds or a full bed at our gorgeous hotel. These beds are often placed together and you can easily move them apart. We offer private rooms for this retreat for optimal self-care time as we will be shopping together. If you would like to share a room and apply with a another person, please contact Melissa.
