I built this course for myself and it turned into a movement...
I created Project Love Yourself when I was struggling with feeling overworked, burned out, depressed, tired of Covid isolation and lost my way. I felt was uninspired and lacking grace, self-compassion and self-care for myself so I spent a month creating a program that would help me reset my mind, body and spirt. I launched it February 2022 with 60 participants and the feedback was spectacular! I decided to turn it into a self-guided course for everyone to enjoy. So glad you're here!

What if I don’t complete the course in 40 days? How long do I have access for?
How does the course work?
This is a self-paced course. When the program was initially created, my students completed the program in 28 days, but I've found that you may want to take more time with some of the style exercises as they can go pretty deep. You have lifetime access to the content so you can do this course at your own pace and keep reviewing the lessons and practices as many times as you’d like. Self love is a muscle. You may need to flex this course again.
As soon as you sign up, you’ll have immediate access via the email you signed up with. You'll have instant download to the calendar. T Everything will be send via email two days later. You receive 2-3 emails a week. All of the content/videos will be unlisted YouTube Links and blogs. Everything is short and sweet. Planning in advance makes ideal to conquer in 20 days. What if I'm new to self-love and have no style?
Yes! This course is perfect for you if you’re brand new to self-love or if you’re building your personal style. It's great for all gender or non-binary people on a lifelong journey of love. I have incredible self-love lessons and unique self-love practices no matter where you’re at in your journey. Style tips are for everyone to be more aligned and sustainable.
Due to the nature of this course I want to see you thrive. If you didn’t get results, then I will happily refund you your money. But, I am positive that you will love it. You must show that you completed every aspect of this course 30 days after purchase for a Full-Refund with video footage or no refund. No refunds after 30 days.
